Our Field Trip to CFB Esquimalt

On Wednesday, our class took a trip to CFB Esquimalt. The CFB is a Navy base which controls Canada's west coast and the arctic. First, we took a tour of the base, which is basically a school where people can study trades and different stuff like being an electrician or a hull-tech. The school they study in is called the fleet school. After our tour, we went to the cafeteria and the prices are very good because they have no taxes. We went on a tour of the Navy ships after we went for lunch. The boats that we toured were called Yellowknife and Nanaimo. The ships were cool because they had a lot of guns and other stuff, like the big binoculars. They also showed us the bunks. I thank the Navy and what they are doing for Canada's west coast and Canada's arctic. <(")
